FAQ

Hours of Operation: Taytrvibe is open Monday-Friday from 9am- 3pm, however orders on our site can be placed 24/7. Please allow 24-48 hours for email inquiries. Emails received after 2 pm MST on Friday will not be responded to until 9am on Monday, or our next business day.

Returns + Exchanges: We currently do not offer returns or exchanges, all sales are final!  No exceptions. Everything is handmade AND made to order so please make sure you choose the right size!

Sizing help: We are more then happy to help you with sizing, either email us at taytrvibedancewear@gmail.com or dm us on Instagram @taytrvibedancewear! We will need measurements to help size! Follow our size chart on how to measure and we can help you get the perfect size!

Turn-Around Time: Please allow 2-4 weeks for your items to be made + shipping time! If you do not receive shipping notification by 4 weeks feel free to email us!

Shipping: Once shipped, Taytrvibe is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if email is not presented at the time of checkout. No exceptions. Typically, shipping labels are printed in batches, so your label may show a delay in shipment details. Receiving a shipment notification does not mean your order has been shipped, but that the label has been created. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS.
